Traveling in the summer
- No substitute for Rick Weinmann for spring break
- Tentative travel dates: May 6-14 (we will be back by Case’s graduation ceremony)
Conference call with EWB on Wednesday
- Went well, believe we have everything – want a few edits
  - Rob will send a general email and add comments of what needs to be fixed
  - After fixes, we will be EWB ready to travel
Another meeting on Wednesday (about an hour and half to fix documents)

DR Travel Update

Dr. Rollands approved the 525B, Kelly is looking at it now
Updated travel plans:
- Travel team: Spring Break
- Leaving from Cleveland
- Tickets are sponsored (only from Cleveland)

Presentation on DR’s Culture by Brenda

Nepotism: practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs
- We have had to deal with
  - We gave the woman in charge the keys, who gave them to her son causing controversy of who should have control over the filtration – hence the lock boxes we want to install
Believe there is gold in the mountain where a plane crashed during the Cuban war transporting gold – people who go to look never return

Materials committee continue to speak with Professor Rhodes

- Will resubmit for approval
- Scheduled for Winter Break
- Possibly push back to Spring Break
After approval:
- Confirm travel team
- Immunizations before December finals

- Fix: piping, filtration and sedimentation tanks, and put in lock boxes for pressure valves

  - There is a new 525B form; the current 525B is not the new one and is missing sections

  - Format Appendices
  - General corrections: phone numbers, travel team members, etc.
